Standard specification secondhand 4.25m flat front exhibition trailer
The trailer is of close coupled, tandem axle design, meeting all current EU and DOT regulations and incorporating all road lights, reflectors, brakes, parking brakes, spare wheel, wind-down corner steadies etc. and complete electrical certificate of compliance.
The main body dimensions are: Length – 4.25m x Width – 2.25m x Height - 2.3m with the chassis rated to 2000kgs gross trailer weight.
The trailer is a flat floor configuration with the chassis constructed from angle and mild steel sections, and a fully galvanised chassis. The body to be constructed from smooth white GRP faced body panels, assembled by means of structural aluminium mill finish extrusions, bonded and mechanically fixed. The roof is of solid insulated construction. The floor of the trailer is 18mm treated plywood. The floor is finished with heavy duty vinyl.
Exterior type:
The nearside of the trailer has a 3000mm x canopy with 300mm tall headboard, either side of the canopy are display panels measuring 1330mm x 1880mm. there is 3000mm long aluminium steps and handrails. There is a staff access door on the rear of the trailer with a 3-point locking system measuring 700mm x 1950mm.
Interior Fittings:
The interior of the trailer has a hidden front area measuring 1500mm x 700mm with a worktop and power point, seating along the o/s measuring 2100mm butted up along a corner coffee table with a smaller seat beside.
Electrics (Lighting and power points)
The trailer is wired to accept 240v single phase power from mains or portable generator. The installation is by means of water resistant (to IP65) bulkhead fitting wired to RCD and MCBs and distributed to power and lighting circuits. The lighting to consist of LED spotlights, with double power points fitted where necessary. There is also 3 wall mounted high level infrared heaters mounted along the n/s wall individually switched.
