Standard specification secondhand 5.5m aero fronted kompak exhibition trailer
The trailer to be of close coupled, tandem axle design, meeting all current EU and DOT regulations and incorporating all road lights, reflectors, brakes, parking brakes, spare wheel, wind-down corner steadies etc. and complete electrical certificate of compliance.
The main body dimensions are: Length – 5.5m to include an aero dynamic nose cone x Width – 2.2m x Height - 2.2m with the chassis rated to 2600kgs gross trailer weight.
The trailer to be of a flat floor configuration with the chassis constructed from angle and mild steel sections, primed and painted after fabrication, with galvanised draw bar. The body to be constructed from smooth white GRP faced body panels, assembled by means of structural aluminium mill finish extrusions, bonded and mechanically fixed. The roof to be double skin daylight with air gap giving a daylight but insulated roof. The aero dynamic nose cone is moulded GRP with internal work top.
The floor to be of 18mm treated plywood. The floor is finished with heavy duty carpet tiles.
Exterior type:
The nearside of the trailer has full length glazing with a pair of doors measuring 1.5m and aluminium steps and handrails. The rear wall of the trailer is also glazed comprising of 3 tall windows. There is a staff access door on the offside.
Interior Fittings:
The interior of the trailer has a full-length counter along the offside wall with a breakfast bar section separating the front area from the rear. The aero front has a worktop with two large storage cupboards beneath.
Electrics (Lighting and power points)
The trailer is wired to accept 240v single phase power from mains or portable generator. The installation is by means of water resistant (to IP65) bulkhead fitting wired to RCD and MCBs and distributed to power and lighting circuits. The lighting to consist of wall wash LED down lights, with double power points fitted where necessary.
